We accept patients from all private health insurance providers. However, we are a Medibank Preferred Provider which means that Medibank patients are eligible for extra services - 2 check-ups and routine cleans per calendar year free of charge.
We understand that sometimes you will not be able to make your appointment and will do our best to re-book you at a time that is convenient for you. We would ask that we are ideally given at least 24 hours notice if you are looking to cancel or change your appointment.
Yes! We are more than happy to accept children under the Child Dental Benefit Scheme.
The gap payment depends on the services provided by your dentist as well as your level of health insurance cover. We are always happy to work with you to come up with a treatment plan that suits both your dental needs and your budget.
